Privacy Policy
Effective date: 19 October 2026. Applies to bookings with Home Massage Sharjah for services in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
Home Massage Sharjah provides discreet home massage. This policy explains what information we collect when you book, why we need it, who sees it, how long we keep it, and how you can ask us to delete it. We handle personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
1. Information We Collect
When you book through our central dispatch team on WhatsApp or by phone, we collect only what we need to arrange your appointment:
- your name and contact number;
- your exact location, building details, and flat, villa or hotel room number;
- the treatment, session length and time you choose;
- health details you share for your safety (see section 5).
2. Who Sees Your Information
All bookings are coordinated centrally. Your contact details stay under management control. Your therapist receives only what they need to reach you and carry out the session, such as your location and relevant health notes.
We do not sell or rent your contact details or location to anyone, and we do not share them for unrelated marketing. We disclose information only where it is necessary to deliver your service or where the law requires it.
3. How Long We Keep It
We keep booking information only as long as we reasonably need it for managing appointments, meeting legal obligations and resolving disputes.
We keep sensitive location details, such as hotel room numbers and building access codes, for as short a time as possible. When they are no longer needed, they are deleted under our data-retention procedures.
4. Your Right to Deletion
You can ask us to delete your booking history at any time by messaging central dispatch (see the Contact page). We will handle your request under UAE data-protection law. Some records may need to be kept for a period the law requires; if so, we will tell you which and why.
5. Health Information
To keep your massage safe, tell us before your appointment about anything that could affect it: a recent injury or surgery, a severe allergy, pregnancy, an infectious skin condition, or another medical condition.
We use this information only to judge whether the session is safe and to adapt it to you. It is treated as confidential and protected against unauthorised access.
Your therapist may decline or stop a session if massage could put your health at risk, for example with certain skin infections, severe sunburn, or pregnancy complications that need extra care. When a session is declined for a genuine safety reason, no cancellation fee applies, and any payment already made is handled fairly.
If you need medical advice before a massage, please consult a doctor.
6. Discreet Arrival
Our therapists arrive in professional spa uniform and behave respectfully in residential buildings and hotels. When speaking with building security, reception or hotel concierge staff, they share no more about you than is needed to reach your door.
7. Communication and Marketing
Booking messages go through our official dispatch channels only, and we take reasonable measures to protect them from unauthorised access.
We never use your number for spam or aggressive marketing. We send promotional messages only if you have agreed to receive them or another lawful basis applies.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when our operations or the law change. Material changes will be announced through our official channels, and the effective date above will be updated.
For any privacy question or request, contact central dispatch through the details on our Contact page.
