A complete first message lets dispatch confirm your booking in one reply:
- Your name.
- The treatment and session length you want.
- Your location pin from WhatsApp, plus the building name and your flat, villa or hotel room number.
- Your preferred time.
- Any health details: injuries, recent surgery, allergies, or how many weeks pregnant you are.
- A language preference for your therapist, if you have one.
Your therapist will be the same gender as you: women are treated by female therapists and men by male therapists.
